Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to different types of properties in Sabina?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to homes within the village grid and to properties along the surrounding rural routes. For addresses on the outskirts, please include a house color or mailbox description to help the driver find the correct driveway. If sending to the senior living facility or local churches, provide the specific entrance or room number at checkout.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered throughout the Sabina area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to ensure they arrive safely at residential porches or local business desks. Our drivers navigate the village’s open layout by placing items in shaded areas away from street traffic. Providing details about long driveways or specific property access helps us avoid delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

When a recipient is not home, we check for a protected area on the porch or leave the flowers with a nearby neighbor. If a certain bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar flower that keeps the same look and value. Including the recipient’s phone number ensures we can coordinate the drop-off for homes that are set back far from the main road.
