Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local medical centers, funeral homes, and professional offices?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the industrial air park zones require a gatehouse contact or specific building letter for entry. For downtown offices with direct sidewalk entrances, please provide the suite number or floor to ensure the driver finds the correct reception desk. Including a business name helps our couriers navigate the transition from residential streets to commercial corridors.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of historic downtown porches and wide-set residential driveways. For homes set back from the main road, please include any gate codes or specific driveway access notes. This manual delivery process ensures the arrangement is placed exactly where the recipient can find it at their specific property type.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a residence or secure facility?

Accepted Answer

If a resident is not home, the driver identifies a sheltered spot on the porch or leaves the item with a neighboring resident. For deliveries to secured industrial sites, the courier will leave the arrangement at the designated security checkpoint if they cannot reach the recipient. Providing a secondary phone number allows the driver to confirm entry instructions for properties with restricted access.
