Question 1

How are deliveries handled for homes and public facilities in Lees Creek?

Accepted Answer

For residences set back on large agricultural lots, please provide instructions for navigating long driveways or identifying the house from the road. When sending to the local school campus or community churches, specify the building name and preferred entry door. This information helps the driver find the right location on these spread-out properties.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for this area?

Accepted Answer

We use hand delivery for all orders to ensure the flowers reach the recipient in this low-density community. Since most properties are open-access residential lots, we bring the arrangement directly to the primary door. Please note if there are any fences or gate latches that would prevent a driver from reaching the porch.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the recipient or the flower selection?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will leave the arrangement in a safe spot on the porch or near the main entrance. If a specific flower is not available, we substitute it with a similar stem of equal value to keep the same style. Providing a phone number for the recipient helps avoid delays for houses that are not clearly marked from the street.
