Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the different types of properties in New Vienna?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries in New Vienna reach residential village homes and properties along rural roads. For houses within the village center, specify at checkout if the arrangement should be left at a front door or a side porch. For rural addresses, provide the house number visible from the road and any details about identifying the specific gravel driveway.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to recipients in this area?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the recipient's door instead of being shipped in boxes. The layout of the village and surrounding countryside allows for direct drop-offs at residential porches or farm entrances. Providing gate codes for fenced rural properties or instructions for side doors helps avoid delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver leaves the flowers in a protected area at the residential entrance. When a specific flower is unavailable, a substitute of equal value is used to maintain the arrangement's look. Including a recipient phone number is necessary for rural addresses where house numbers are difficult to see from the main road.
