Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local facilities and offices in Greenfield?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the medical center and funeral homes go directly to the front desk or service director. You must provide the floor or wing name and the full name of the recipient at checkout. These details allow for navigation through the various entrances of these community-scale buildings.

Question 2

What is your delivery method for residential areas in this village?

Accepted Answer

We perform hand-delivery to all residential streets and the downtown business district. Because most properties here are detached homes with front porches, we deliver the arrangement directly to the door. Mentioning if a house has a side entrance or a screened-in porch helps us place the flowers securely.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the flower stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we leave the flowers in a safe area on the porch or with a neighbor. When specific flowers are out of stock, we use the closest available match to keep your delivery on schedule. Providing a working phone number for the recipient is the best way to prevent delays at properties with fenced yards or pets.
