Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to different types of buildings in Lynchburg?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to village residences, the school office, and the medical clinic. For properties on the rural outskirts, provide the house color or visible landmarks near the road. These details help us locate the correct entrance when mailboxes are grouped or numbers are not visible from the street.

Question 2

How are my flowers delivered and how does the town layout affect my order?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered, as the rural roads and village streets are not suited for boxed shipping. We walk the arrangement to the front door or the main office of the business. Providing instructions for long gravel driveways ensures the delivery person reaches the porch without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a village resident is away, we leave the flowers in a sheltered spot by the door and notify the recipient. For rural deliveries where the house is set far back from the main road, we use the recipient's phone number to confirm they are home before entering the property. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a replacement of equal value that matches the color and style.
