Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to funeral homes and businesses in Leesburg?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the converted residential structures used by local funeral homes and the street-front storefronts in the village center. Please provide the name of the deceased or the specific business department at checkout so our drivers can use the correct side or rear entrance. These details are necessary for navigating the shared entry points common in our local commercial buildings.

Question 2

How are my flowers delivered and what should I know about the local layout?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the wide porches and open residential layouts found throughout this village. Because many properties have deep setbacks, please note at checkout if the house number is only visible on a rural mailbox rather than the building itself. This helps our drivers move from the road to the front door without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we leave the arrangement in a shaded area of the porch to protect it from the open exposure typical of local residential lots. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a variety of equal value that matches the original style. Including a recipient phone number helps us verify delivery for properties set back from the main road or those with limited porch access.
