Question 1

How does delivery work for the educational campus and multi-story office buildings in Berea?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the central educational campus or multi-story office buildings require the specific building name and room or suite number. Because many campus residences and professional suites have restricted electronic access, a recipient phone number is needed to coordinate the hand-off at a main entrance. Clear floor details allow the driver to navigate directly to the correct administrative desk or lobby area.

Question 2

Are flowers delivered by a local driver or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of detached houses and apartments located above commercial storefronts. For residential streets with narrow layouts and limited parking, the driver will place the arrangement at the primary entrance or with a building attendant. Providing information about side-door access or gate codes for these mixed-use properties ensures the driver can complete the delivery without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not available at a secured campus building or a private residence, the driver will attempt to leave the order with a front desk or in a sheltered entryway. If a specific flower variety is unavailable, a substitution of equal value will be used to maintain the intended size and style. Entering a gate code or a specific apartment entrance location reduces the likelihood of a failed delivery in the more densely built residential areas.
