Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different building types in Lakewood?

Accepted Answer

Lakewood contains many multi-family homes and mixed-use buildings with apartments located above retail storefronts. Provide the specific unit number and clarify if the entrance is at the front, side, or rear of the property. This ensures the driver finds the correct door in these high-density residential blocks.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the city's layout?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to account for the city's narrow lots and lack of secure porch space for boxed shipments. Because street parking is often restricted or very tight on residential side streets, include details about driveway access or designated delivery zones. This helps the driver park safely and complete the hand-off without blocking traffic.

Question 3

What happens if there are issues with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will look for a covered porch or a neighbor among the closely spaced houses. Providing a phone number for the recipient is necessary to navigate the secured buzzer systems found in the city’s older brick apartment buildings. If a specific flower is out of stock, it will be replaced with a stem of equal value that matches the original size and style.
