Question 1

How does delivery work for local offices and residential homes?

Accepted Answer

In the historic village center, provide the specific suite or floor number for businesses that share street-front entrances. For residential addresses, indicate if the delivery should go to a side door or a front porch. These details are necessary because many homes sit very close to the main road while others are set back on larger, rural-style lots.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the village layout?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to accommodate the transition from narrow village blocks to more spread-out residential properties. The driver brings the flowers directly to the door instead of leaving them at a roadside mailbox or curb. Providing specific instructions about gate access or long driveways helps the driver find the correct entrance on larger properties.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available to receive the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded area on the porch since most properties here do not have secured lobbies or concierge desks. If a specific stem is out of stock, a similar flower is used to keep the arrangement's size and style. Including a working phone number for the recipient helps the driver locate homes where house numbers are difficult to see from the street.
