Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to different types of addresses in Rock Creek?

Accepted Answer

Provide the house number and a description of the driveway for properties located on the long rural roads outside the village center. For deliveries to the small professional offices on the main streets, include the specific department or desk name at checkout. These details are necessary because many homes here are set far back from the roadway, making street numbers difficult to see from the street.

Question 2

Are flowers delivered in a box or by hand, and how does the town layout affect this?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered directly to the recipient to account for the village’s mix of close-set residential lots and wider rural acreage. Provide specific instructions if the property has a long gravel driveway or a side-entry porch common to the older homes in this area. Hand delivery ensures the arrangement is placed in a secure spot on the property rather than being left at a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available to receive the flowers, we will leave them in a shaded, weather-protected area on the porch, as most local homes have open access rather than secured lobbies. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar bloom that matches the intended style. Including the recipient’s phone number helps us manage deliveries to properties with perimeter fences or long private access paths.
