Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to campus housing or medical offices in Austinburg?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the local educational campus or medical clinics, enter the building name and room number at checkout. Drivers must often check in at central security or reception desks before they can access specific rooms. These details prevent the driver from being turned away at the main entrance.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties in this area?

Accepted Answer

Orders are hand-delivered to the front door rather than shipped in boxes or left at roadside mailboxes. Because many local properties have long gravel driveways or gated entries, please provide any necessary access codes. This ensures the driver can reach the porch of the residence.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home at a rural residence, the driver will look for a sheltered area or contact a nearby neighbor. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a similar variety of the same value. Including a recipient phone number helps us verify they are on-site before the driver travels the distance to the property.
