Question 1

How will my flowers be delivered to local offices or residential areas?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the government offices and administrative buildings near the town square require a specific department name and suite number. For residential properties, include the house number and mention if the building has a side entrance or a front porch. These details allow the courier to navigate the transition from the central business district to the residential side streets.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for this city's layout?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of historic residences and public office buildings. The courier walks the arrangement directly to the front desk of professional suites or the door of a private home. Providing a gate code for the larger properties located on the outskirts of the town prevents the courier from having to wait at an entry point.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home at a residence, the arrangement is placed on a protected porch or with a neighbor. For deliveries to the county office buildings, a direct phone number for the recipient helps the courier coordinate with security when the person is away from their desk. If a specific bloom is unavailable, a substitute of equal value is selected to ensure the delivery is completed on the scheduled day.
