Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, and offices in Madison?

Accepted Answer

Medical offices and funeral homes in this area are primarily low-rise buildings with multiple entry points. Enter the specific department or room number at checkout so the delivery reaches the correct desk. This is necessary because many local commercial properties share a single entrance for several different suites.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential addresses in this area?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the long private drives and residential layouts found throughout the town. Provide any gate codes or specific instructions if the house is not clearly visible from the main road. This ensures the driver can access the property safely without needing to leave the package at a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver looks for a protected area on the porch because most homes here have open, unsheltered entryways. If a specific flower is unavailable, a substitution of equal value is used to prevent any delay in the arrival. Providing a secondary contact number helps the driver find the correct house when it is set back significantly from the street.
