Question 1

How do you handle delivery to local medical offices and downtown apartments?

Accepted Answer

For the medical office wings and scattered clinical buildings, include the specific department and desk name at checkout. In the downtown area, provide the entry code for buildings where residential apartments sit above storefronts. These details prevent the driver from having to search for the correct entrance in these distinct building types.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to account for the long gravel driveways and deep residential setbacks found outside the town center. For rural properties with gated entrances or perimeter fencing, provide the access code or a designated drop-off spot. This ensures the arrangement reaches the door rather than being left at the roadside.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will leave the arrangement at a side door or porch area sheltered from the street view. When a specific bloom is unavailable, we use a replacement that maintains the same height and color profile. Including a contact number for the recipient is necessary for properties where the house is not visible from the main road.
