Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and medical centers in Lawrence Township?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the large corporate campuses and medical centers in this area require a specific suite number and department name at checkout. These properties often have multiple buildings and centralized security desks where couriers must check in. Providing these details ensures the driver finds the correct entrance within these spread-out professional parks.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential and secured properties?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of open residential streets and secured multi-family complexes. For apartment clusters with gated access or locked lobbies, please provide the entry code or instructions for the call box. This allows the driver to reach the front door or mailroom rather than leaving the delivery at a perimeter gate.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not present at a corporate office or medical facility, the arrangement is left with the designated reception desk or security station. When a specific flower is unavailable, a similar variety of equal value is used to maintain the style of the arrangement. Providing the recipient’s direct phone number helps the courier navigate large parking lots or complex building layouts if the primary entrance is restricted.
