Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to different types of addresses in Windsor?

Accepted Answer

Windsor includes a mix of historic residential properties and sprawling corporate research parks. For office deliveries, you must provide the specific suite number and building wing to help us navigate security checkpoints. For residential orders, include gate codes or side-door instructions if the property has a long setback or a shared driveway.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered throughout the Windsor area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the layout of large suburban lots and multi-building professional complexes. Our staff carries the flowers directly to residential front doors or into office lobbies rather than using shipping boxes. Providing the recipient’s mobile number helps us coordinate access at secure office perimeters or gated residential entrances.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home, we place the arrangement in a secure spot away from the road, as many Windsor homes have deep setbacks and high street visibility. If a specific stem is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that matches the original style. Including an alternate contact number helps us resolve delays at unmanned corporate reception desks or locked residential gates.
