Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to Woodville’s medical buildings and service centers?

Accepted Answer

Most professional buildings in this village are low-rise structures with street-level entrances or small side-lot parking. Provide the specific office name and suite number to ensure the driver identifies the correct desk in multi-use buildings. This is necessary because many local businesses operate out of converted residential-style properties.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered throughout the village and surrounding areas?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to suit the mix of Main Street storefronts and residential grid streets. For properties located on the village outskirts with long gravel drives or deep setbacks, specify which entrance should be used. Providing these details prevents delays on properties where house numbers are not clearly visible from the road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at their home or office?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not present, the driver will leave the flowers in a sheltered spot on the porch or at the side door of the residence. If a specific flower is unavailable, a substitution of the same color and value is made. Including a contact number for the recipient helps the driver confirm access for houses that are set back significantly from the pavement.
