Question 1

How does delivery work for different locations in Helena?

Accepted Answer

Delivery covers residential homes and community buildings within the village. Provide the specific house number and instructions for properties that sit back from the main road. This information helps the driver find the correct entrance on rural-style lots.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the open residential layout and single-family homes in the village. For properties with long driveways or multiple outbuildings, specify which door the driver should use. This prevents confusion when navigating the larger lot sizes found in this area.

Question 3

What happens if there are issues with the recipient or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver looks for a sheltered porch or leaves the flowers with a nearby neighbor. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a similar bloom of equal value. Providing details about perimeter fences or exterior pets helps the delivery reach the door without delay.
