Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the local campus and professional offices in Rio Grande?

Accepted Answer

Rio Grande contains a centralized academic campus where residential dorms and administrative halls are clustered together. At checkout, enter the specific building name and the room or office number. This ensures the driver arrives at the correct department or housing entrance rather than a general campus gate.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to homes and campus buildings to ensure they arrive ready for display. Because the village layout includes both open residential streets and restricted-access student housing, drivers need clear instructions on where to park or enter. Providing a specific door location or office suite helps the driver navigate these different property types without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there to receive the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will leave the flowers in a secure spot like a covered porch or with a campus housing office. When a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a similar stem that matches the original color and value. Including the recipient’s phone number helps the driver resolve access issues at dormitories or administrative buildings.
