Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to medical facilities and businesses in Cheshire?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries are made to riverfront homes and small, single-story medical clinics rather than high-rise complexes. You must provide the specific department name for medical offices, as these buildings often have multiple exterior entrances. This ensures the driver finds the correct reception area in these spread-out facilities.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties in this area?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the detached residential properties and houses set back on hilly terrain. If the property is located on an unpaved access road or has a long driveway, include those details at checkout. This helps the driver navigate the transition from the main highway to your specific front door.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower variety is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver will seek a porch area sheltered from the wind common to the river valley. When a specific flower is out of stock, a similar type is substituted to keep the arrangement at its full height and volume. Providing a secondary phone number helps the driver locate residences that are difficult to see from the primary road.
