Question 1

How do deliveries work for healthcare sites and funeral service locations?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries reach the single-story healthcare facility and funeral service locations daily. Provide the recipient's room number or the specific service time at checkout. This ensures the driver uses the correct side entrance or lobby desk for the delivery.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered throughout this village?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the door instead of being shipped in a box. Drivers navigate the residential driveways and open porches found throughout this layout. Include details about side-entry doors or porch access to help the driver place the flowers safely.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver leaves the arrangement on a protected porch. When specific flowers are unavailable, the designer uses blooms of equal value that match the original color palette. Providing a phone number helps the driver find houses that are set back from the main road.
