Question 1

How does delivery work for local hospitals, funeral homes, and offices?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries are made directly to the regional medical campus on the city's edge and the professional offices near the central courthouse square. You must provide the specific department name or room number at checkout so the courier can navigate these multi-wing facilities. For funeral homes located in converted residential properties, include the name of the deceased to ensure the arrangement is placed in the correct viewing room.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to the recipient's door to accommodate the mix of downtown storefronts and spread-out residential lots. Because many homes here are set far back from the road or have long driveways, a visible house number is required for the driver to locate the property. If the residence is on a rural access road or has a gated entrance, please provide the entry code or specific driveway instructions at checkout.

Question 3

what happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver will leave the flowers at a side door or porch that offers protection from the wind common in this open landscape. When a specific bloom is out of stock, a substitute of equal value and color will be used to maintain the arrangement's size. Providing a working phone number for the recipient is necessary to help the driver confirm access to properties that are set back from the main street.
