Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical offices and funeral homes in Wellston?

Accepted Answer

Many medical buildings and funeral homes in this area are small or converted residential structures with multiple entrances. Enter the specific suite or room number at checkout so the driver can find the correct wing. Providing a direct phone number for the recipient helps us navigate locations where street numbers are not clearly visible from the road.

Question 2

How are flowers physically delivered throughout the city and rural outskirts?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered directly to the door rather than shipped in cardboard boxes. In the residential center, drivers use street-side parking to reach front porches. For rural properties with long gravel driveways or gated entrances, please include gate codes or specific instructions on where the driver should leave the flowers.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a residential porch is too close to a busy street for a safe drop-off, we will call the recipient to find a secure spot. For rural addresses where the house is set far back from the main road, a secondary contact number helps us confirm the recipient is home to receive the delivery. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value to maintain the arrangement size.
