Question 1

How does delivery work for different types of addresses in Coalton?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential homes and small community buildings throughout the village. Please include the specific house number and mention if the entrance is visible from the main road or tucked behind a long driveway. This ensures our drivers find the correct porch or side door in areas where houses are spread far apart.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the village layout?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to ensure it stays upright and intact. Because most properties here are open-access residential lots without security gates, we place the flowers directly on the front or side porch. Providing details about which door the resident uses most often helps us leave the gift in the safest spot.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we leave the flowers in a protected area on the property and notify them of the drop-off. If a specific flower is not in stock, we substitute it with a bloom of the same color and value. Including the recipient’s phone number allows us to verify they are in town before we drive to their residence.
