Question 1

How do I ensure delivery to a residence in this area?

Accepted Answer

Provide the house number exactly as it is displayed on the roadside mailbox. For homes set far back from the road or reached via private gravel paths, include a description of the house color or porch location. This helps the driver identify the correct property in this rural, low-density layout.

Question 2

How are the flowers physically delivered to the recipient?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered directly to the door rather than shipped in a cardboard box. Drivers navigate local routes and pull into private driveways to reach residences that are often spaced far apart. Providing specific instructions for long driveways or gate access helps the driver complete the delivery without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not at home when the driver arrives?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver will leave the flowers on a porch or in an area shielded from the wind. Because of the large distance between properties in this area, we do not leave arrangements with neighbors. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps the driver confirm the delivery location if the house is not clearly visible from the main road.
