Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different property types in Mount Victory?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries move between the clustered residential streets of the village and the surrounding rural farm properties. Provide the specific rural route number and describe if the house is set back far from the road at checkout. This helps the driver identify the correct property in areas where house numbers are not clearly visible from the highway.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered directly to the recipient to accommodate the low-density residential layout of the village. For homes outside the village center, include details about long driveways or specific property entrances. These details ensure the driver can access the front door without delays caused by property size.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a rural address, the driver will leave the gift in a sheltered area near the main entrance. When a specific bloom is unavailable, a replacement of equal value is used to keep the arrangement's style. Providing a recipient's phone number is necessary for coordinating access to properties with long private drives.
