Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, or secured buildings in Raymond?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the large research and manufacturing campuses in this area, enter the specific gate number or building department at checkout. For residential homes along township roads, specify if the house number is visible at the end of the driveway or on the mailbox. These details help the courier navigate security checkpoints and long private entries common in this rural layout.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this area and how does the layout affect drop-offs?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the low-density layout and unpaved driveways found throughout this community. Provide instructions for homes set far back from the main road, such as a preferred side porch or entrance. This method ensures the flowers are placed safely at standalone properties rather than left in a box by the road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a resident is not home, the driver looks for a delivery spot sheltered from the wind common in the surrounding open farmland. For corporate campus deliveries, provide a direct phone extension so the driver can contact the recipient if the security desk cannot accept the item. When a specific bloom is unavailable, a flower of equal value is substituted to keep the arrangement at the correct size.
