Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to offices and healthcare facilities in Brecksville?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to corporate office campuses and healthcare buildings by checking in at central reception desks or security stations. Provide the suite number, floor, or specific department name to help the driver navigate multi-tenant properties. These details ensure the arrangement reaches the correct person within large professional complexes.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to local residential properties?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered by a driver rather than shipped in a box. For homes with long driveways or properties set back from the main road, please provide any necessary gate codes or specific porch instructions. This information allows the driver to reach the front door directly on larger suburban lots.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the delivery or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home, the driver leaves the flowers in a secure, sheltered spot at the entrance or with a building concierge. If a specific bloom is out of stock, it is replaced with a flower of equal value that maintains the same size and style. Including the recipient’s phone number helps the driver manage entry into gated estates or secured office suites.
