Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various professional and residential complexes in Northfield?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to single-family homes, professional offices, and the multi-wing senior living and medical rehabilitation complexes found throughout the village. You must provide the specific wing name or unit number for these sprawling facilities to ensure delivery reaches the correct internal department. Our drivers coordinate with centralized front desks at these properties to facilitate the final hand-off to the recipient.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to properties with long driveways or restricted access?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes. Because Northfield has many residences with deep setbacks and properties located along busy state routes, providing a clear house number and any gate or keypad codes is necessary. This ensures the driver can safely exit the main road and reach the front door or building entrance directly.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a residential or professional address?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver looks for a secure, covered area on the porch or leaves the arrangement with a neighbor. For deliveries to the gated or secured multi-unit professional buildings in the area, a recipient phone number is required to gain entry through the callbox system. If a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a variety of equal value that keeps the same color palette and arrangement height.
