Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical campuses and gated complexes?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to multi-building medical campuses or spread-out office parks, provide the specific building letter and suite number. Many residential properties here feature long driveways or are located in gated senior living complexes. Including a gate code or unit number ensures the driver reaches the correct entrance.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas with hills and long driveways?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to navigate the winding residential streets and hilly cul-de-sacs. Drivers manage varying driveway lengths and elevations to place arrangements at the primary door. Providing specific access details helps when a home is set back from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if there is an access problem or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver identifies a sheltered spot at the residence or leaves the order with a front desk at office complexes. When a specific flower is out of stock, a substitution is made to match the original arrangement's shape and scale. A contact number for the recipient helps the driver resolve access issues at secured property gates.
