Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to hospitals, offices, or secured buildings in Dola?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to residential houses or the few small community buildings in the area, enter the specific building name and any known entrance instructions. Because properties here are often set back from the main road, these details help the driver identify the correct site. Clear descriptions are necessary as many locations lack the high-density signage found in larger cities.

Question 2

How are my flowers delivered and what should I know about the local layout?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the recipient to navigate the long driveways and spaced-out residential lots characteristic of this area. Please specify if the property has a gravel drive or if the house is not visible from the street. These details prevent the driver from missing the entrance on routes where houses are separated by large open fields.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient isn’t home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the arrangement is left on a porch or at a side door since most homes here have open access rather than locked central lobbies. If a specific bloom is out of stock, it is replaced with a flower of equal value that maintains the same look. Providing a recipient phone number ensures the driver can confirm the drop-off location at properties with obscured house numbers.
