Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to professional buildings and residential areas in Arlington?

Accepted Answer

Delivery to professional suites along the main corridors requires a suite number and instructions for rear-access parking lots. For residential properties on winding streets with deep setbacks, include the house number and any specific driveway markers. These details ensure the driver finds the correct entrance where street-level signage is limited.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for the different property types in this city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the long driveways and large residential lots characteristic of this city. At the senior living complexes, the driver checks in at the main reception desk to follow visitor protocols. Include the wing or floor number at checkout to ensure the arrangement is moved from the lobby to the resident.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver identifies a porch area shielded from the street, as many homes here have open front entries. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a variety of the same color and size to maintain the dimensions. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver gain access to professional buildings that require a code or keycard for the lobby.
