Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, and secured buildings in Stow?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the professional office parks and medical complexes in Stow where buildings are separated by large parking lots. Provide the specific suite number and building letter so the driver can locate the correct entrance within the campus. These details are required because these properties do not have a central reception desk for all tenants.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city?

Accepted Answer

Orders in Stow are hand-delivered to accommodate the suburban layout of long driveways and winding residential streets. For deliveries to gated apartment communities, include the entry code or specific building access instructions at checkout. This information allows the driver to reach the front door instead of stopping at a perimeter security gate.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home at a detached residence, the driver identifies a secure spot on the porch or behind a structural pillar. For deliveries to professional suites, we leave the arrangement with the office receptionist if the recipient is unavailable. Including the recipient’s mobile number helps the driver navigate properties with multiple entrances or restricted access.
