Question 1

How does delivery work for homes and gated properties in Kinnelon?

Accepted Answer

Many residences here are located within gated communities or at the end of long, wooded driveways. You must provide the gate access code or the name of the residential development at checkout. These details allow the driver to reach the front door of private estates and secured properties.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the local terrain?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to navigate the winding roads and hilly terrain of this town. Because many homes are set far back from the street, please include descriptions of mailbox markers or house colors at checkout. Hand delivery ensures the arrangement stays upright while traveling over uneven suburban roads.

Question 3

What happens if there are access issues or the recipient is not home?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe area away from the main road or with a neighbor. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps the driver coordinate entry for properties with security gates or long private drives. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety that matches the original scale.
