Question 1

How does delivery work for medical offices, funeral homes, and residences?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to local professional offices or funeral chapels require a specific suite or room number at checkout. For residential properties on large rural lots, provide any gate codes or descriptions of the driveway entrance. These details are necessary because many homes are set far back from the road and lack clear visibility from the street.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and how does the area layout affect my order?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in a box. Because many properties in this area have long gravel access roads, the driver will leave the arrangement at the front door or a designated sheltered porch. Providing instructions for side entrances or specific gate access helps the driver navigate properties with restricted vehicle turnarounds.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the flowers in a sheltered spot at the primary entrance. If a specific flower is unavailable, a substitute of equal value will be used to maintain the overall size and style. Including a recipient phone number and gate code at checkout prevents failed deliveries for homes with long, private driveways that are inaccessible from the main road.
