Question 1

How are deliveries handled for healthcare facilities and commercial offices in Holland Township?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to industrial complexes and senior living communities require a specific suite number or department name at checkout. These details allow the driver to locate the correct entrance within large property layouts and navigate reception desks. Providing these instructions ensures the flowers reach the recipient directly.

Question 2

How does the township's layout affect the delivery of my flowers?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered because many properties here feature long driveways and houses set back far from the road. This method ensures flowers are placed at the front door rather than left at a distant roadside mailbox. You should provide gate codes or specific instructions for properties with restricted driveway access.

Question 3

What occurs if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver finds a sheltered porch area away from the wind common on these open ridge lines. When a specific flower is out of stock, we use a replacement of equal value to keep the arrangement size the same. Including a recipient phone number helps the driver resolve access issues for homes with long, private entries.
