Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the ground-floor businesses and upper-level apartments in the town center?

Accepted Answer

For buildings where shops and residences share a single street address, please specify the business name or the apartment number. Provide any entry codes needed for shared hallways or side doors to ensure the flowers are not left on the public sidewalk. These details allow us to deliver directly to the recipient’s door in multi-use buildings.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes located on the residential side streets?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to maintain its structure while navigating the narrow streets and private driveways common outside the town center. Please provide the house number and indicate if the property has a specific side porch or gate. This information helps our drivers complete the delivery without blocking traffic on residential roads.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home at a house with a porch, we leave the flowers in a covered area and notify them. For apartments above storefronts that lack a secure lobby, we will call the recipient to coordinate a hand-off. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that matches the original size and color.
