Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to specialized buildings or offices?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to senior living complexes or office parks, you must include the specific unit or suite number. Our drivers check in at the main reception or front desk for these properties. These details are necessary because many buildings in this area have restricted access or central mail areas.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to a residential address?

Accepted Answer

We hand-deliver all arrangements directly to the door. For properties with long driveways or homes set back from the road, ensure the house number is clearly visible from the street. If your property is gated, provide the access code at checkout so the driver can reach the front porch.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we leave the flowers in a location protected from the wind, such as a covered porch. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a replacement of equal value that maintains the same look. Providing the recipient's phone number helps us resolve issues with gated driveways or house number visibility.
