Question 1

How does delivery work for the large campuses and residential properties in Kirtland?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the large educational and religious campuses in this area require a specific building name and room number at checkout. For residential homes, provide the house number and any identifying features for properties set far back from the main road. These details ensure the driver reaches the correct desk or front door on these sprawling sites.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes with long driveways or wooded lots?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in a cardboard box. Because many homes here sit at the end of long, winding driveways, please specify if the delivery should be left at a side door or main entrance. Providing these access details prevents the driver from stopping at the road or a gated entry.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver will leave the flowers in a shaded area near the door or with a nearby neighbor. If a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a variety of equal value to keep the arrangement full. Including a recipient phone number helps the driver navigate large properties where the front door is not easily accessible.
