Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, and secured buildings in Painesville?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the medical campus require a specific department and room number to navigate the various connected wings. For offices in the historic downtown area, provide the suite and floor number to assist with building entry. This information ensures the driver finds the correct desk in multi-story professional buildings.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the city’s different neighborhoods?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of narrow downtown streets and wide suburban driveways. For residential drop-offs, provide instructions regarding side doors or porch access to ensure the flowers are placed securely. If the destination is a storefront on a main thoroughfare, note if there is a rear entrance for easier vehicle access.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, the driver will search for a covered porch or a neighbor who can accept the delivery at a nearby residential property. When a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a similar variety that maintains the appearance of the arrangement. Providing a secondary phone number is helpful for gaining access to secured apartment buildings or gated residential areas.
