Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical offices and professional suites in Perry Heights?

Accepted Answer

You must provide the suite number and the specific department name at checkout. Many of our local professional buildings have shared main entrances, and these details ensure the arrangement reaches the correct internal reception desk. We verify the office hours for these medical clusters to ensure the building is open before the delivery is attempted.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to residential porches and office desks rather than shipped in boxes. For homes in our residential blocks that are set back from the road with long driveways, please note any specific side-door instructions. This information helps us navigate properties where the front entrance is not clearly visible from the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available when the delivery arrives?

Accepted Answer

If a resident is unavailable, we look for a secure spot on the porch or leave the item with a next-door neighbor. When a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a bloom of equal value that matches the original color scheme. Providing the recipient's phone number is essential for coordinating access to our local gated residential clusters and secured professional parks.
