Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical offices and professional buildings in Uniontown?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the reception desks of the low-rise medical plazas and professional office clusters found along the main corridors. For residential deliveries, provide the house number and any gate codes for properties with long, private driveways. These details help the driver navigate the spread-out suburban layout and find the correct entrance.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential homes in this area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered by a driver rather than shipped in a box. Because many homes in this area sit on large lots with houses set far back from the road, drivers typically leave the arrangement at the front door or porch. Providing a recipient phone number helps us confirm the drop-off location for properties with limited visibility from the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a gated property or secured office is inaccessible, we contact the recipient to arrange a safe placement. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar bloom of equal value to maintain the color and size of the arrangement. Including instructions for side entrances or specific porch locations helps prevent failed deliveries at residential addresses.
