Question 1

Can you deliver flowers to major medical campuses and funeral homes in Canton?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the reception desks of the city’s large medical campuses and the front offices of local funeral homes. Provide the specific wing or room number for medical facilities and the scheduled service time for funeral homes at checkout. These details ensure the bouquet moves through the building's internal mail system to the correct recipient.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential streets and secured buildings in this city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to prevent damage during transit. In residential areas with open porches, we place the flowers out of direct view from the sidewalk. For downtown buildings with keypad access or secured lobbies, provide the entry code or a phone number so we can complete the delivery without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available to receive the delivery, we leave the arrangement with a neighbor or in a secure location away from the street. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a different bloom of equal value that matches the original color scheme. Providing the recipient's mobile number helps us resolve access issues at gated properties or multi-unit complexes.
