Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to homes and offices in Clinton?

Accepted Answer

For properties in the village center or on surrounding rural roads, provide the house number and any driveway access details at checkout. If the home is set back from the road behind a long drive or a wooded lot, include instructions for finding the main entrance. These details ensure the delivery person reaches the correct door in areas where house numbers are not clearly visible from the main street.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas here?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the single-family homes and rural properties in the area. Specify at checkout if the delivery should be placed on a front porch, a side door, or at a gate for properties with restricted vehicle access. Hand delivery ensures the flowers remain upright and stable on the various porch and entry surfaces found throughout the village.

Question 3

What happens if there are access issues or the recipient is out?

Accepted Answer

If a gated driveway or long private road prevents access, the delivery person will call the recipient phone number provided at checkout to arrange a drop-off location. For homes without covered porches, the arrangement may be left with a neighbor if the houses are within walking distance. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a similar variety that matches the original size and color palette.
