Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, and offices in Massillon?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the healthcare campus require a specific wing and room number to navigate the interconnected buildings. For services at large funeral homes, provide the name of the deceased to ensure the arrangement reaches the correct viewing room. Include a suite number for downtown office buildings to help us locate the front desk.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered considering the city’s layout?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to manage the mix of tight street-front properties and wide suburban driveways. Many older residential streets have limited parking, so we use the primary walkway to reach the front door. Specify if the home has a side-door or enclosed porch entrance to ensure the flowers are placed correctly.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we leave the arrangement in an enclosed porch or with a next-door neighbor. When a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a bloom of the same color and scale. Provide a gate code for secured apartment complexes to prevent delivery delays at the main entrance.
