Question 1

How do you ensure flowers reach recipients in Pennsville’s different building types?

Accepted Answer

For residential streets, provide the house number and indicate if there is a side entrance or screened porch. For professional buildings along the main corridors, include the suite number and department name to ensure the driver can access the correct desk. These details prevent the driver from having to circle parking lots or use secondary entrances.

Question 2

Are flowers hand-delivered or shipped in a box across Pennsville?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered directly to the door, as the town’s suburban layout and wide driveways allow for direct vehicle-to-porch service. Providing a gate code or specific instructions for garden-style apartment complexes helps the driver bypass entry buzzers without delay. This method keeps the flowers upright and intact during the transition from the van to the home.

Question 3

What occurs if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one answers, the driver looks for a sheltered spot on the porch or a neighbor who can take the delivery, which is standard for these residential blocks. When a specific flower is unavailable, a similar blossom of equal value is used to keep the arrangement the correct size. Providing the recipient's phone number allows the driver to confirm a safe drop-off location if the front door is exposed to the river wind.
