Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, and offices in Pennsville Township?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential houses, low-rise medical clinics, and funeral homes throughout the township. For office complexes or industrial sites located along the river corridors, you must provide the specific department name and gate access instructions at checkout. These details allow the driver to navigate security checkpoints or multi-building campuses without delay.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered here and how does the city layout affect the drop-off?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered directly to the door rather than shipped in cardboard boxes. Since many properties in this township feature deep setbacks or long driveways, specify if the delivery should be left at a side door or a specific porch area. This information ensures the arrangement is placed in a protected spot that is not easily seen from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, we look for a secure spot like a screened-in porch or behind a porch pillar to leave the arrangement. For deliveries to gated industrial zones or private residential lanes, provide the recipient’s phone number so the driver can request entry if needed. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety that matches the original color and size.
