Question 1

Can flowers be delivered to local offices and medical buildings?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the historic residential streets and the cluster of county government offices located downtown. Provide the specific floor number or department for deliveries to multi-story administrative buildings to navigate security desks. For the older row-style homes in the center of town, include any gate codes or secondary entrance instructions at checkout.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered and handled?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered and never shipped in a cardboard box. In areas where residential front doors open directly onto the sidewalk, please specify if there is a side porch or protected entryway. This helps the driver place the arrangement away from the street-level foot traffic common in the city’s dense core.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the delivery or the order?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at an older converted apartment building, we will contact them for instructions on where to leave the item safely. Clear details about whether a unit has a street-side buzzer or a rear alley entrance help avoid failed attempts. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value.
