Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large residential properties and farmhouses throughout Pilesgrove?

Accepted Answer

Because many homes here sit on large acreage lots with long private driveways, please provide any gate codes or specific entry instructions at checkout. Identifying if the house is visible from the road or tucked behind a tree line helps the driver find the correct entrance. These details ensure the delivery reaches the front door rather than being left at a mailbox or a perimeter gate.

Question 2

Are flowers hand-delivered or shipped in a box to this rural layout?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered directly to the residence to ensure they reach the door of farmhouses and homes set far back from the street. Provide a description of the property entrance or the color of the house to help the driver navigate shared private lanes. This manual delivery process prevents the items from being left at the end of a driveway where they are difficult for the recipient to see.

Question 3

What happens if a recipient is not home or a property is inaccessible?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver will look for a sheltered spot near the primary house entrance that is not visible from the main road. Include a working phone number for the recipient to help the driver gain access to properties with secured perimeter fences or long gravel drives. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value to maintain the full size and style of the arrangement.
